"No Gains Without Pains."
"Over the sea, the moon shines bright; We gaze upon it far and wide."
As the annual Mid-Autumn Festival approached, the Jurayi family once again embraced the joy of harvest and togetherness. Rich in humanistic spirit and vibrant corporate culture, Jurayi ensures its members unite in celebration of shared achievements.
On September 10, 2021, employees voted to embark on a team-building trip to Shanwei Red Bay. At dawn, the Jurayi team gathered excitedly at Songhu Zhigu’s C1 Plaza for a memorable group photo.

Amidst the crisp morning air, everyone enjoyed a nutritious breakfast prepared by the admin team before boarding the coach. The journey was filled with the guide’s stories, lively music, and cheerful singing, painting smiles and sunshine across every face. After 2.5 hours, we arrived at Peng Pai’s Former Residence and Red Square.
Following orderly disembarkation and health code checks, we entered the historic site. The towering Red Army Reunion Statue stirred our hearts with revolutionary fervor. Before Peng Pai’s statue, we paid solemn tribute—"Eternal glory to the heroes of our nation!"

At the Red Fourth Division Memorial Pavilion, colleagues captured photos and reflected on the inscribed words of Chairman Mao and Premier Zhou: "Peng Pai is the champion of peasant movements—a leader of China’s agrarian revolution."
As night fell, stars shimmered over the city. At the Paris Peninsula Hotel’s gym, Jurayi’s fitness enthusiasts energized themselves with equipment, cheered on by admiring colleagues. The camaraderie strengthened our resilience and team spirit.
After a restful night in the luxurious hotel, we savored a buffet breakfast on the 11th before heading to Red Bay—lighthouse visits, beach games, and deep-sea surfing unfolded under skies merging seamlessly with the
ocean. "Mountains as mountains, waters as waters; the sea mirrors the heavens, boundless and free."
The evening brought a beachside bonfire party. Amidst the aroma of barbecue, talents emerged: Sales Dept.’s Wang Binyu and Machining Dept.’s Huang Tianyin dazzled with performances, while colleagues’ pop songs and solos by Lv Jianjun and Li Yong electrified the crowd. Around the roaring fire, we danced and laughed, immortalized by photographers Li Yong, Xiao Peng, Xiao Wei, and Cai Shaowei.

On the 12th, we visited Mazu Temple for blessings, relaxed by a mountain stream, and explored traditional tea culture at a rural plantation. From tea-picking to brewing, we marveled at its profound artistry—"Life’s beauty lies in creation and balance, in roughness and refinement."
We honor history’s heroes; we cherish today’s happiness. This outing not only celebrated joy but also embodied Jurayi’s values: staying true to our roots, embracing teamwork, and excelling with altruism. Under CEO Luo’s leadership, the Jurayi team is poised to scale new heights!
