It is widely recognized that 80% of quality issues stem from design and process deficiencies, with ineffective management of these defects being a primary challenge in quality control.
To enhance defect prevention capabilities and master essential design failure analysis techniques, Juray Electric conducted its first "DFMEA" (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) external training program on May 19-20. Organized by the HR & Administration Department, the two-day intensive course was held at the company's multi-function training hall, with 40 key personnel from R&D, Engineering, and Quality departments participating.

Training Highlights:
· Expert instructor Mr. Gao from Herd Consulting systematically explained:
? DFMEA requirements and internal logic per latest AIAG-VDA FMEA standards
? Key updates and advantages of the new FMEA framework
? Practical implementation of the 7-step DFMEA methodology
? Real-world case studies demonstrating effective application
· Interactive learning through:
? Intensive group discussions
? Hands-on case simulations
? Engaging yet rigorous instruction style
Outcomes Achieved:
? Strengthened preventive quality management capabilities
? Equipped teams with practical DFMEA implementation skills
? Fostered cross-departmental collaboration on design improvement

"The training transformed our approach to design risk prevention—both systematic and practical."
